Value Card Questions and Answers
Why do I need a card; why not make specials available to everyone? Although our Value Card offers special prices and discounts, the main focus will be to give customized rewards mailed directly to you.
Will you be tracking purchases I make when I use my Value Card? Yes. Tracking purchases gives McCaffrey's more knowledge of our customers buying trends and needs and allows us to better serve you, our customers.
Can I get McCaffrey's Value Card specials without a card? No, Value Card Specials are an exclusive benefit for card members.
What should I do if I forget my card? You can stop by the courtesy booth and request your Value Card Number, or ask your cashier to call the courtesy booth for your number.
How many Value Card specials am I entitled to? If there are any limits to special offers, they will be defined in the weekly circular or on signs in the store.
Can I still use manufacturer's coupons? Yes, they will be handled under guidelines of normal store policies.
What should I do if I lose my card? Report a lost card to the courtesy booth as soon as possible so that we can issue a replacement for you.
How will I receive my Value Card Once you have submitted an application, a permanent, personalized card will be mailed to your home in approximately three weeks. You will also be issued a temporary card to use in the meantime, so that you can take advantage of special Value Card offers right away.
Can I use my McCaffrey's Value Card as a check cashing card? Yes, simply fill out the required check cashing questions on the application.
Do I have to present my Value Card every time I shop, even if I'm not buying specials? The more you use your card, the more opportunities you have to receive rewards, so you should use your card every time you shop.
Will my information be kept private? Absolutely! As a McCaffrey's Value Card customer, your privacy is extremely important to us. McCaffrey's will record your purchases in order to give you special offers and privileges... and we assure you that all such information will be kept absolutely confidential and will not be distributed to any outside parties under any circumstances.
